Returns policy
If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will help get it sorted.
Before returning an item
Please email us before sending anything back. Include your order number, part number, reason for return, and photos where helpful. We will confirm the next steps and return address.
Change of mind or incorrectly ordered parts
Because many products are specialist replacement parts, returns may be subject to approval, restocking charges, supplier restrictions, and return carriage costs. Items should be unused, unfitted, complete, and in resaleable condition.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for photos or additional details so we can investigate and arrange the best resolution.
Non-returnable items
Some parts may be non-returnable, including special-order items, electrical components, fitted or used parts, products marked as non-returnable by the supplier, and items that cannot be resold safely.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be made back to the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and checked.
